If you wanted to get soy into your diet...

I’m interested in how people see soy as a food. I’m not interested in the scientific research on how good it is for you (or any demographic). And I’m not interested in how much you eat.
What I want to know is, if you decide to get more soy into your diet, what will that look like? Do you have pictures in your head of dishes you would eat? Would you shudder at the thought? Do you know what options you have?

My sister puts tofu into manicotti. You cant even tell that half of the cheese is tofu.
It looks like my dinner. Tofu, tofu tofu (love you tofu). Lactose intolerant so I drink soy milk. Edamame is deelish. I view it as just more food and food is good.
I’ve got a pretty good picture of what people who already have soy in their diet eat. I’m really interested in what people who DON’T eat it think about the prospect. Non-experts, here’s your chance to shine!
Edamame and SoyJoy bars. They’re like a soft and fruity biscotti.
Soy sauce and miso soup (wait does miso soup have soy in it?)
It looks like a dinner at a sushi restaurant complete with edamame and Sapporo.
I’ve been drinking soymilk (well in drinks and cereal) for years now. At first it tasted funny, but now it’s totally normal.
If I wanted more soy in my diet, I would definitely start drinking more fruit smoothies with silken tofu mixed in. Also, steamed edamame would be a bigger feature in my diet, because they’re delicious. I don’t eat much soy now, but I am not anti-soy by principle, just in practice. Also, I might try ordering soy lattes or putting soy milk in my coffee.
Putting a vinaigrette and soft soy in a blender makes a nice salad dressing or mayo, depending on proportions.
soy dairy alternative is what it looks like to me
soy protein I think would be tofu
have no idea what else contains soy
I love pan fried tofu squares in sesame ginger chili flake sauce or else fried plain and then drizzled with almond milk syrup and sliced fruit on top and whipped cream. I love tofu in Sukiyaki, soups and stir fry dishes. Soy doesn’t much like me though so I have to be prepared ahead of time for stomach cramping… and stuff. Other than that I avoid it so I don’t get upset innards.
I very much dislike the taste of most dairy products. Chocolate soy milk is like dessert!
hot chocolate made with soy, pad thai with fried tofu
I see it in the form of fortified breakfast cereals or healthy cereals with soy milk, edamame, vegetarian pad thai and soy ice cream. There are also a bunch of energy bars with soy protein in them, like Soyjoy or Genisoy.
Edamame makes a wonderful snack, particularly since you have to shell the pods, which takes time and burns calories.
