How to text a "Mobi" phone from pc?

I can’t text a mobi phone, from yahoo, less i email it. but i don’t know the last ”@” like @vtext” but for Mobi, anybody know?

I use AOL Instant Messenger to text phones. All you do is type +1 and then the number in the spot where the screen name would go.
