how do I send a pic.through computer to someones phone?

send it as a regular picture attachment to number (i.e. Area code + number @ carrier’s text settings) att’s is ex. 0001112222@txt.att.net best way to find out is have them send you a text message to your email. The address will show so you can reply with a picture attachment. Otherwise go on the carrier’s page and find the text message address for the mobile’s.
