General Question
In Wayne's World, there's a scene when Wayne is pulled over by a police officer. Why did he scream?
Basically, it’s when he gets pulled over for going too fast. The police officer leans down and shows him a picture of some random guy, and he’s like, “Have you seen this man before?” Then Wayne screams and drives away.
Why? I’m missing the reference.
