How would one stretch out their butt?
I just got an elliptical, and it’s been the second day using it. My butt is rather sore, how would I go about stretching that?..
I know, this sounds weird. =\.. But I can’t figure out how.. >_<

When I first read the question, my immediate question was WHY?
Most people want to firm it up.
But then I read the explanation and unfortunately it made sense :)
Personally, I like how the question was worded.

It took me a long time to decide if I wanted to read the details of this question or not. The places my dirty mind went when I read the original question were so much more fun.
Sit in “Indian style” and lean forward.
Sit with your legs in front of you. Bend one knee. Hug it ‘til it feels good. Repeat on the other side.
you can warm up those gluts by doing standing quats, step lunges or even sit on your butt and walk with your butt cheeks across the carpet – it looks weird but it works very well
