Besides make up, bandaids, or surgically removing it, nothing will cover it. So maybe you should learn to embrace it.

To freshen breath? Umm, gum? Mints? Brushing your teeth? Mouth wash?

Gargle and brush with hydrogen peroxide. That will do a great job on your breath. As for moles, have them checked and then removed by a dermatologist.
