Is it a bad idea to mix other supplements in a fiber "shake"?

I should take daily fiber supplements. I recently got some other supplements in powder and liquid forms that I want to mix into the fiber shake.
Since, ideally, fiber moves through you quickly, would it be a bad idea to mix the other things in with it, or would it not affect the absorption?

Just make sure you start slowly, and gradually increase, your intake of fiber. I don’t think consuming other things would affect absorption, whether or not it is part of the shake, since it does really end up in the same place in your stomach and through your digestive system. However, there is a chance that certain consumed objects may change digestive workings. For instance, if you add some form of natural laxative that you didn’t know existed by mistake, bad things will happen. What powders/things are you wanting to add?
Just a footnote, I am not a doctor and this is all from personal knowledge and experience. Don’t get mad if you can’t poo in the morning or something like that.
I want to add MSM powder and maybe a flaxseed oil mix. I mainly wondering if the fiber will not allow my body to take in the MSM.
Here’s a good website I just found, actually. If i’m understanding correctly that MSM is a fatty acid see my footnote as it says in your topics, scroll down to that first “nutritip” and read from that point on.
Hmmm… I was thinking in my mind “Acidic Fat” when I posted that last answer. But I still hope this helps.
