What should I do with my remaining sheet of puff pastry?

I used one of two sheets of puff pastry as the top crust of my chicken pot pie tonight. Now I have one thawed sheet of puff pastry left in the fridge. I’m thinking it should be used soon. So what do you suggest? Any favorite (easy) recipes?

Cheese straws or Cinsmmon sugar twists.
Slice in thin lengthwise strips. Twist. Spray with Pam. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese or Cinammon/sugar.
Wrap it around anything and bake it up: Steak, mushrooms, or apple.
@Megan64 Good call.
Make some Beef Wellington.
Make some kind of garlicky herby bread thing :)
1. “pigs in the blanket” by wrapping hot dog pieces.
2. wrap brie and berries in it.
wrap a hot dog portion and top with cheese. you just made a “pup” pastry.
Send it to me. I’ll message you with my address.
Thanks.
1 sheet?!! That’s like 1 keenex.
You could always make another pot pie, but don’t bake it… freeze it for later.
you can always freeze the puff pastry itself, and save for your next potpie.
One of my friends also makes Baked Brie. Get a mini-round of brie, spread the top with a thin layer of apricot jam, wrap in puff pastry, bake.
Yum.
I apologize, I was thinking of a sheet of phyllo pastry.
@hannahsugs it was already frozen. I thawed it in my fridge last night. I’m guessing it shouldn’t be re-freezed.
Thanks, everyone, for your suggestions.
Cut into squares. Add hocolate chips, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of coffee liquor to half the squares. Wet the edges of these squares with a brush or your finger. Place the remaining squares on top and press the edges to seal.
Bake. Eat.
@buckyboy28 Thanks. I had the Wellington once when I was about 13 and I’ve never forgotten it. Two awesome things that also taste great together: pastry and steak.
wrap it around a block of brie with some fruit pie filling type stuff (apple or cranberry) and bake it…. dig in while hot… yum
