What are some good kids games for Xbox?
We got the kids an Xbox for Christmas. The kids are 10 and 7. What are some good games for them? Our son, the 7 year old likes fighting type games like Mortal Combat. Our daughter has no preference, she just likes to play anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

Good 360 kids titles:
-Kung Fu Panda
-Lego Star Wars
-Lego Indiana Jones
-Lego Batman
-Fusion Frenzy 2
If your talking about Xbox 360:
SpongeBob’s Truth or Square (everyone loves spongebob :D)
Dreamworks Madagascar Kartz
I’m quite fond of “Go outside and play 1” and “Go to the park”... also “Hooked on technology: Revenge of Recreation” is another good one.
-Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts
And get some microsoft point to pick up Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie on the marketplace.
@Haroot – I got the original Banjo Kazooie
:D Legendary game!
Yes it’s an Xbox 360. In my defense, we got the 7 year old a new bike too
If your kid is into it, would recommend Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. It is a good platformer, and the controls can be handled by a child. And it is a Star Wars game, who can go wrong with that?
@knitfroggy Don’t feel guilty, there is nothing wrong with a little one-on-one time with the Xbox (in moderation, of course ;) ).
@pjanaway Me too. Have both Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie for the N64. I played a bit of Nuts and Bolts before my 360 red ringed. It was…okay. Not as good as the original 2.
@Haroot – never played tooie, but I did download the demo of Nuts and Bolts, didn’t really like it, but maybe its because it was the demo after all :)
@pjanaway Meh. It takes majority of the platforming aspect and replaces it with racing and mini-games. For me it’s only redeeming quality is the creation mode.
