what is the 'the bomb parallel- parker' mean

Watching the drama “Felicity” S1E15, the guy named Lynn in the drama said he never forgets a face, he’s ‘the bomb parallel- parker,’ and he makes the best Harvey Wallbanger in the city. So, what is the ‘the bomb parallel- parker’ mean exactly? Thank you!

Probably that the person being referred to is good at parallel parking, which is no small feat.

yeah. the bomb back in the 90’s mean “the best”.

and yes parallel parker is for sure parallel parking. its when you are trying to park and there is a car in front and behind you and you have to fit into one spot. its when you have just one line of cars in an area to park, like on the right hand side of a street wide enough to allow parking.

i am terrible at it. i have to fix the car five times til i am happy.
