A good song for a tribute for my Dad?
Hi guys.
I put together a wee video tribute to my dad a while back. My Dad passed away in 1991, and I wanted to re-do the video….
Tribute to my dad here
and was wondering, is there a better song than Dance with my Father for this kind of thing? and what’s the best program to use for photo/video production – (I used Proshow Gold for that one but no longer have the program). is there a free prog that’ll do this type of thingy?
thanks for listening.,!

Where the River Meets The Sea always brings a tear to my eye.
What about Dan Fogelberg’s weeper-every-time “Leader of the Band”?
“Oh My Papa” by Eddie Fisher is a beautiful, heart-wrenching Golden Oldie.
My Dad used to sing the old song “I’ll Be Seeing You in all the Old Familiar Places” so if I hear that, it makes me cry.
I think that your video is perfect as-is. Very touching man. Whoa.
My personal favorite is by George Strait, Love Without End, Amen.
The Lion King’s “Circle of Life.”
Bono wrote U2’s “Sometimes You Can’t Make it on Your Own” right after his dad passed away and sang it at his funeral. The song and video choke me up every time I hear them.
