In New York State, how much money do teachers make in Charter Schools Versus regular public schools?

Is there a website I can look at? Since there are hardly any jobs in Long Island or Queens for new teachers I was wondering about Charter Schools but I need enough money to pay for bills etc. How much does one start off with at a Charter School?
