I'm looking for research and articles on effective team size in an organization or corporation?

Please send me any good articles you’ve read – not just your personal opinion – I’m trying to find an article I read a while ago on a study on effective team sizes and limiting the number of people working in an office or team based on effectiveness.

Check out a library book on corporate management. Your question is pretty basic and any management textbook would have the information.
