Has anyone lived and worked in Singapore? Did you enjoy it? What are the highlights and lowlights? Are there any good online resources such as recruitment sites and city guides?
Thanks.

Can’t help you there but I could tell you all about Thailand! In my opinion much better then Singapore.
The food is great. Try the hawker centre food. Simple and good You can pay S$5 or $500 (at a restaurant) for good food. Drinks and cigarettes are expensive here. It may look like a built-up city but go to the orchid / veggie / fish farms to unwind.
If you want to live on sandwiches, Subway, O’Briens, etc will serve you well. But trust me, try to local food while you are here. My foreign colleagues use Singapore as their base to visit the region.
You can live well on the cheap or expensive.
Sorry, I can’t help you with the recruitment bit. But if you are in Singapore, drop me a line and I’ll bring you around.
