What happens when this site wants to update?

I noticed some snowflakes recently. Pretty nifty…

they are really good, they listen to the members,

A little wile ago they added a little thing to the “this user is crafting a response” that moved or something, then a lot of people didn’t like it so they removed it.

they also post a notice of when thay are going to shut the site down for updates and other stuff.

Changes seem to be in the forms of smaller, deliberate and thoughtful enhancements, rather than a big redesign release.
