Is there a stock photo swap service?

…where a photographer can upload his/her own images, have them be approved, and then, say if you upload 10 images, get 10 ‘credits’ to download other photographers’ images? kind of in place of a subscription.

It’s not strictly what you’re asking about, but as a contributor to iStockPhoto I can use the proceeds from my photo sales directly on the site.
