I asked a question and people were nice enough to answer. I clicked the thank box and typed a comment. I do not see my comments. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you comments go to the users profile and I think they are default set to private

Your comments to them will appear on their profile page. You can see them there. If you click on my avatar over <=== there, it will take you to my profile. Scroll down a bit and you’ll see the comment you left me.

comments here are for everyone but you can put a @ to open a drop down menu to let an individual know the comment is direct specifically towards them. did that make sense?

We got them. They just show up as a private comment.

I am guessing that the way this works is everyone just makes a new answer under the question and it is like a thread of comments under an answer?
