Are windpants (nylon swishy pants) in fashion? If so, how do I wear them, shirt untucked, do I sag them, windjacket as well?
Who are they in style for? Every day use? Is it cool if you wear a windjacket with them for your shirt to be longer then the jacket? Why do I always get made fun of for wearing them?

Swishy nylon pants are probably appropriate for warming up before a marathon. Not so good after getting out of a pool (unless lined with something other than nylon). If you wear them with the jacket, it might be advisable to be wearing a number on the singlet under the windjacket. As the singlet will no doubt be tucked into the running shorts you are wearing under the nylon pants, it will not hang below the jacket.
I have no idea why anyone would make fun of you for wearing them . . .
Are they apart of your workout assemble or apart of your casual wear? For running/jogging, well, okay (if you must :)). Yoga pants are great for workouts, as well (that’s what I prefer) For casual wear, yeah, not so much.

No, really, go for it. It’s just not something that I’d wear. Reminds me of the one guy on MAD TV with the curly hair, glasses, who is always wearing nylon track suits.

Oh my god. Despite how hilarious this is, I wear ridiculous clothes as well and I don’t give a fuck. Wear what makes you comfortable and they way it makes you comfortable. Don’t worry about what people think.
I personally haven’t worn windpants since I was about 6, so I can’t help you there.
