General Question

Any other AT&T employees having this problem?

I’m trying to access http://access.att.com in order to view information about my benefits, but the page won’t load at all. The HR OneStop number has a hold time of over 10 minutes.

Can anyone else access this page…? Even if you aren’t an employee, are you able to load the page?

I got a message saying that the certificate for the website is invalid. Maybe that’s why yours won’t load?

I forgot that I got that also, but the dialogue box which popped gave the option of loading anyhow.

What browser are you using?

I may automatically disallow sites for which there is not a valid cert.

That’s just my guess.
