What kind of Hugs do you give and like?

Naked ones with my girlfriend.

I love to give bear hugs to good friends. A firm hug to friends. I don’t hug everyone one I meet. I usually give hugs to close friends. For new friends, I give handshakes first. When I am comfortable with them, then the hugs come along.

Cats on the other hands get cuddly hugs from me together with tonnes of keeses!

Honest, soft and sweet.

But I also like the stuffing squeezed out of me. ;-)

I love Hubby Hugs™ and Momma Hugs™. I like big bear hugs with those I’m close too. I also love getting run-up-and-knock-you-down hugs from my nieces and nephew. I don’t hug unless I know you but every once in a while you meet another hugger and the Hugfest is on.

I like all sorts of hugs! Except from those people (and they know who they are) who try to use a hug as a way to cop a feel.

I find myself becoming frustrated with people who only half-heartedly hug. If you’re not committed to it, I’d rather not get a hug at all. It doesn’t have to be a full-on bear hug, but I’m asking for both arms to be involved.

not to discriminate against people with only one arm. They will be excused from full-on hug duty, with a doctor’s note. ~

I prefer hand hugs, a.k.a. handshakes.

I prefer what I call a “real hug.” Both arms (unless you only have one or one is full of presents for me) and firm. I have a SIL who gives these stupid half-hearted hugs. I can’t quite describe them but it’s like she never learned how to hug.

With family/friends, a full on hug. None of half-ass hug stuff..

I’m not a big “hugger”. I find it to be an awkward/unnecessary experience most of the time, unless it’s with people I really love and feel comfortable with.

depends on the hugger! lol just kidding, like most people, a good hug makes the day a “little bit” better!

I’ve not had a proper man-woman (romantic) hug for a while… I miss it deeply… every other hug seems to pale in comparison to that…

I love hugging and cuddling in general, but only with people that I know well and am really comfortable with. I’m not at all affectionate with people that I don’t know well.
