I don’t understand why you should be having a problem either. Under “My Account” there should be a link to “change my picture”. It should be as simple as that.

We’ve got to see that pointy hair, although I like the Amorphous Blob that is showing now.

Whenever I run into that kind of problem I just change it to a JPEG, that format seems to have the least problems. This may be a bit ghetto, but it’s what I do. You can open the image up in paint and save it as a JPEG, works for me every time.

Maybe it has to do with the difference between Ed3.PNG versus Ed3.png.
Don’t ask me how or why they’re different, but I do believe file extensions are case-sensitive at least to some programs.

I had tried lowercase png before, and no dice. Jpegging it worked… thanks for the answer.
