Do you procrastinate?

Asked by Silhouette (8850points) December 18th, 2009

Sometimes doing things later is better than doing them early. Those who rush to do something oftentimes make hasty decisions. Can you describe a time when procrastination was your friend?

I used to, but I decided that it is better to go ahead and get it over with. After it is done there is usually more time to mess about and no one to harague you.

I do procrastinate. It nearly always is to my advantage which may be a little clue as to why I can’t seem to give it up. I say it’s to my advantage because I work best under pressure. Nothing like the ticking clock to narrow my focus down to the essentials and get the job done.

For me, too much time spent on a project is worse then too little because I can get bogged down on the decision making phase and the action phase gets shortchanged.
