Are there certain tasks you have to repeat doing over and over?

For example, whenever I write something I have to keep reading it over and over maybe 10 times or more. Whenever I pass my fridge, even if I know there barely any food in there, I still feel the urge to open it ever time I pass it to check if theres anything new to eat. haha.

Is there anything you need to do?

I check my email like 56476594 times a day. For some odd reason it’s a habit. I feel like I must do it constantly because of incoming emails from work, friends, family. Mainly work though. If I go too long without checking it I start to get concerned that I may be missing something really important….not to mention I have 3 different email accounts to keep up with. Checking them is a full-time freaking job.

If I’m adding up a bunch of numbers on a calculator, I can do that over and over again and never come up with the same total!!

I’m pretty sure you don’t mean chores… so, checking if doors are locked; making sure I turned off the coffeemaker; this time of year, checking if I turned off the Christmas lights when going out; oh, & checking the doors again, in case they unlocked themselves while I was checking one of the other things.
