Do moderators move questions into different categories?

If a moderator feels a question has not been categorized correctly, do they move it? Can other users do that too? I didn’t know how much emphasis was put on categories.

If you are referring to topics the answer is no.
As mods we do not edit questions. We suggest edits for the user to make though.
