What kind of games do you want to play? Are you a casual gamer? Is there a specific game you are wanting to play?
More details, please.
mmm l’m a casual gamer, definately love adventure games and not really into war games and stuff like that..
I have a Wii which I use for exercise (EA Active), but I am getting a PS3 for Christmas so I can play some serious games while laying on my couch. Also, I want the BluRay player in the PS3. So, for me, both.
What kind of adventure? Point and click, puzzle or RPG? Also- do you want/need a bluray?
Point and click and Puzzle are my favorites!
Then what I would do, since it’s not hardware you’re worried about, is go to Nintendo’s website and look at their games. See how many interest you. Then go and look at Sony’s website and do the same. Then compare.
It really all depends on your prefences. If you say which one is the better system I say PS3 but from your response you sound like you may enjoy the Wii better.
Wii is a gaming system for someone who has a lot of parties, or a lot of people over.
The Wii is for very casual gamers, non-video-gamers, Or those that enjoy technological advancements that go off on a tangent from graphical and audio enhancements.
The PS3 Is for those who take audio-visual detail seriously and for those that may also want a home theater with a little more functionality.
The Xbox 360 Is good for hardcore gamers and has really good internet access and multiplayer action.
If youre a harcore gamer, you’ll appreciate the exclusive titles and graphics of the PS3. We’re talking the God of War, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Killzone, Gran Turismo franchises.
If you’re more into online gaming, you’re better off with an XboX for titles like Gears of War and the Halo franchise.
The Wii is just for casual motion gaming. Although Microsoft and Sony have come up with their own motion gaming technologies called the Kinect and Move respectively. The Wii however, is notorious for lacklustre graphics, awkward motion capture, not the best games….
I have a PS3 and I love it!!!
