(NSFW) What can I do about these "wet" dreams I keep having?

I finally have the guts to ask this. It’s sort of embarassing….
For the past few nights I have been waking up to find that I have sort of wet myself. And it’s not urine. It looks like some kind of clear liquid. I don’t know what could be causing it.
Only once during that time I have had a, rather, innapropriate dream. But it happens every night. Is there anything I can do about it?

You don’t reveal much of your ‘problem’. I assume the clear liquid is semen. If it is, the easy solution is don’t think of sex too much.
@citizenearth I didn’t want to be too descriptive.. I suppose it is semen. But no, I don’t really think of sex.
Whoa, wait a minute, guys, she’s a girl. Girls don’t produce semen.
Is it possible that you have an infection of some sort? Does it smell kind of bad? Is it a lot? If we’re just talking about a little clear, non-smelly fluid, it could just be a normal discharge.
@augustlan Yes it’s a little bit, clear, non-smelly, and sticky. Normal discharge?
@DominicX “Whoa, wait a minute, guys, she’s a girl. Girls don’t produce semen.”
In that case, post -nap ejack.
It’s vaginal fluid. Perfectly normal for people who have vaginas.
@holden Should I have this if I don’t have a vajayjay? Should I be worried?
It happens only in the night? Never when you’re awake and up and moving around?
@Jeruba Very few times it has happened while I was moving around. But it’s more when I’m asleep.
Maura, dreams with sexual content are normal. not inappropriate. This is true for girls like you as well as boys. As you probably know, when you are sexually excited, whether when you are awake or dreaming, you get kind of wet “down there.” This is normal. That’s the way your body works. Don’t freak out about it. You could wear panties at night with a light panty liner. As long as the discharge is clear and there are no indications of infection like very strong smells, don’t worry about it. Ask a nurse or doctor to confirm this information. I am male and don’t consider myself an expert on this topic.
What you can do is not worry about it. It’s totally normal.
@Dr_Lawrence is correct, Tink! Just wear pantyliners at night (and during the day if you want to – sometimes I do). Clear discharge is 100% normal and happens to everyone with a vagina. I hear it’ll stop at menopause!
@XOIIO – Awww shucks, ‘twernt nothin’.
rub vicks and wear a garlic cloves
