I call my parents by the names my son calls them, which are RooRoo and Poppy.
Weed or Weedly for my mother. (it’s a long story.)
I call mine Mom and Dad. However, my brother’s step-grandchild calls him and his wife Ya-yo and Ya-ya.
I call mine mom and dad, but I have a friend who calls his parent Jen and Pierre (not their real names, he just wanted them to be more french than they are I suppose)
I’m in my mom’s science class, and in order to avoid calling her by her last name, I call her “Kelli!,” or “Lady!” Usually yelling..
Momma and Daddy, or Mom and Dad.
I call my dad “padre” and my mom “mom”
I always called my dad Papa-san, and my mom Momma-san.
Nothing beyond mom/dad and mommy/daddy when I was younger (and when I was a bit older too). :P
My parents had plenty of nicknames for me, though. :D
