I need someone who’s driven one regularly to give me their opinions.

we drove a vauxhall rental car recently in England. It was a fun car to drive and had no complaints. I cannot speak to the long-term reliability.

I am in an unusual position of being a pensioner from Vauxhall and have the benefit of a car scheme where we change our cars every six months or 5000 miles..
I always order a car with Easytronic and have now had eight of these. (yes 8) I keep them for about 5000 miles and am thoroughly convinced that this is the way all cars should be built.
I have had no problems whatsoever, but they do take a little time to get used to at first.
They are smoothest if you learn to predict when they are ready change up a gear and just lift off the accelerator, as you would with a clutch. This action generally initiates a change of gear.
They really are just like an automatic but without the loss of performance and fuel consumption normally associated with auto’s There is also the option of using them as manual gearboxes when you want to by just nudging the gear lever forward to change up and vica versa.
