Is there a childrens TV show that you enjoy just as much or even more than your children do?
I admit it,I’m a big Handy Manny fan!I think its funny and sweet at the same time.I like the message it sends to kids that you can do anything and that its ok to ask for help.

I love the show Flapjack. It is actually one of the best shows I have seen, kids show or not. Its witty, funny, and entertaining.
I love cartoons so the list would be long. I really like Arthur because the kids act like real kids. They also don’t let others get away with too much jerk behavior (unlike Clifford). I love Invader Zim and wish it wasn’t canceled so soon.
I love Spongebob. I watch it with the kids a lot. Also I like iCarly. I prefer it to Hannah Montana. My kids don’t care for Jimmy Neutron but it makes me belly laugh. I watch it every chance I get.
Spongebob, Hey Arnold, Tale Spin…always watch when they are on.
Sesame Street
Not so much the learning segments, but everytime the muppets are on-screen, I’m usually cracking up.
Baby Bear is hillarious
Spongebob. I love that show!
Well my “kid” is a grown man now, but I used to love to watch Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood with him .. for some reason, I just loved watching that man. I think he was just so calm and peaceful… it was very relaxing to watch him.
I don’t have kids, but I have a brother and sister who are about 15 years younger. I’m a connoisseur of kids’ tv now because of all the time I spent babysitting those little punks. I love Spongebob Suqarepants and Penguins of Madagascar. I think those penguins are on crack. They are really hyper and have short attention spans and twitchy movements, and they think they’re secret agents. They have a secret agent lair under the zoo and they strike martial arts poses to make a dramatic entrance. All the rest of the animals have something seriously wrong with them, too. This shit is great.
I also like Ni Hao Kai Lan. It’s like Dora the Explorer only for Chinese, and Kai Lan’s animal friends are really, really slow. When Kai Lan teaches you a new word, she asks you to repeat it, and turns to face the camera. She fixes you with her huge, slowly blinking, lamplike eyes for ten very long seconds of silence, and it’s the creepiest thing I’ve ever seen in a kid’s show. I’ve actually learned words from this show. Now I’m working on understanding Da tou er zi xiao tou ba ba, which literally means big head son, little head father. The first episode I saw, the dad brings home a cute little baby bird for his son. Then the mother accidentally steps on it. The chick is sick for two days before finally dying, and Big Head Son cries as he buries it in the backyard. Then a flower grows from the grave, but another kid makes fun of Big Head Son and they fight, crushing the flower. From the looks of this show, I think it’s for 4–6 year olds… I was watching it like, damn, this show is from the school of hard knocks. I doubt you’d see an American show for kids bringing up death. Anyway, at the end of the show he gets a new chicken.
SPONGE BOB! It is this generations Bug Bunny.
My all-time favorite is Avatar: The Last Airbender. Awesome show! It was often funny, with great themes like loyalty, friendship, finding your own destiny, and being true to your own talents. It’s being made into a live-action movie, and I hope they don’t ruin it.
I also get a kick out of Chowder, Penguins of Madagascar, Spongebob, and Flapjack.
Sesame Street, of course! Still as good as it was when I was young. My son loves it, and so do I.
iCarly, and when she was younger Blues Clues. I had a bit of a crush on Steve…
@Megan64 how can you like Yo Gabba Gabba? That is the creepiest show I have ever seen!
My name is SuperMouse and I watch kid’s television shows, here is a brief list of the shows I enjoy as much or more as my boys do (they are listed in no particular order): Arthur, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Jimmy Neutron, Fairly Odd Parents, Hey Arnold, iCarly, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Drake and Josh. The first two and the last two are rather unfortunate at this point because the boys are done with them and if I want to watch them I have to do it while they are at school.
