Any suggestions of websites for fantasy desktop wallpapers?

Deviant Art or Desktop Nexus have a good selection. You could also search for photos with a Creative Commons license and photo-shop them to work for a monitor.

Johns Background Switcher does that stuff for me. It allows you to enter a search term, goes out to the internet via google, or flickr or any of a bunch of sites and grabs a wallpaper for you at your selected interval of time… Then it displays it in the fashion you choose.

Since I started using this software I haven’t had to go looking for wallpapers.
