Is Finder running?
Have you tried restarting?
Yea I restarted and finder is running. When I go into a finder window and I click the desktop in the sub-menu I can see the icons there..But I can’t see them actually on my desktop.
Have you recently installed tinkertools?
Well my ability to help ends here, since there’s no way for you to retrace your steps before the problem occurred. I know that tweak programs like Onyx and Tinkertool have options called “Disable Desktop Features” that can be accidently enabled.
Otherwise good luck!
