How do you know if he/she is the one?

You just know. My opinion is if you have the ask then he/she probably is not the one.

The test of time.

my own experience is:

1. because you never thought he/she existed anywhere on earth
2. having met them, you feel most complete when you are with them
3. you become a better person because of them, they help you find your true self
4. you only want the best for them, even if it means leaving you
5. although you cannot imagine living without them (that is the bad part)

true soul mates are very rare. and most people never find theirs. but they make their partnerships “work”. look at hollywood and all the people the stars go thru. very few of those people find their soul mate (look at the divorces/cheating) ever. but most people cannot exist without a mate. its one of life’s designs. if it is a true soul mate, there is no questionning. you know you were made for each other. but most people are not so perfect for each other. any relationship can work, it just takes effort.

When you can love someone for the faults that drive you crazy, you’ve found the one.
