I am curious why I increasingly hear about people who need to remove all pieces of clothing while attending the loo?

Wow, really? Wouldn’t that be such an inconvenience in a public washroom? Where would a person put all his/her clothing and footwear?

I can see removing pants and underwear or a skirt and panties, but to use the loo completely naked is overdoing it I think. I mean, you’re “taking a dump”, not “taking a shower”. Lol.

Well, I definitely don’t wanna stand at the urinal next to that guy.

@MRSHINYSHOES – I don’t take off my clothes when taking a dump, but I would never dream of taking a dump in a public bathroom in the first place. Ew.

Are people really doing this in public bathrooms? I’ve done it before, in the privacy of my own home. Try it next time you’re home alone. It’s a fantastic feeling.

My husband takes off his shirt when he poops. I has grossed me out since day one, I’m not sure why.

i take off my shirt top when taking a dump lol like many others i wouldn’t take a dump in a public toilet.

i do it so my top doesn’t touch the toiler seat.

If they do it at home, then maybe they want to wash their hands before they touch their clothes to put them back on.

@rooeytoo I hate having to do a poo in public toilets but if I really have to go then I will, I’m never comfortable about it though!!!

I have known two people who admited to doing this. Both guys, and they both explained the behavior away saying they just always have, and that it feels dirty to keep their clothes on. One told me he just drops his trousers in public restrooms and takes off his shirt and just holds it away from him. Super weird for sure.

PS Pooping in public restrooms is great! I used to be freaked out about it, then realized it was stupid because everyone poops! So now whenever I have to go in a public restroom I feel awesome because I don’t have all the stress and shame!

I’m familiar with the phenomenon. I take dumps in public when necessary. I simply put a ton of paper down. When in the privacy of my own home I do tend to take my shoes off and take at least one leg out of my pants. I know a few others that prefer to take the majority of their clothes of when “taking the browns to the superbowl…” if u will. I wonder why? I’m thinking maybe it’s just a comfort issue… on some level maybe we just like to stretch out and make ourselves cozy for the time being ;-p
