Does the exclamation point in a name count as the punctuation at the end of a sentence?

I’m blogging about work I did for a company called Wapid! There, see? “Wapid!” was the last word of that sentence. Should I have put a period after the exclamation point?

sí sí, a period does a sentence good. Silly companies putting punctuation in their names (glares at Yahoo!) make English just a little harder at the end of the day.
Another workaround could be to reword the sentence so it’s not the last word; thus avoiding the awkwardness altogether!
I could rework it, but that feels like surrender. I want to win, win, I tell you!
lol :)
Ask grammargirl. :D
I can only hope to be as good as her lol

Thank you for turning it into a learning moment! :)
@squirbel: I am sitting here getting more and more exasperated at many of the noobs’ questions and
didn’t mean to sound so superior. Sorry
oh no! You misunderstand me! I am thankful – really!
Sarcasm is not something I use.
Whew. (When was the last time you slept, BTW?) I am turning off the computer NOW.
No. The first is a part of the name; the second is punctuation. Zen! says I’m outta here!
Jeopardy!!
The article avoids using Jeopardy! at the end of any sentence.
Zen! says,“I’m outta here!”
Joepardy! and Zen! (e.g, not really how I write it – just as a ferinstance) are proper names, which happen to include an exclamation mark (or point). Thus, if one were to use them in a sentence that one would want to end with an exclamation point, there is no connection between the two and both are required.
Zen! said, angrily; “Gonna go to another question now!”

I would place a period after the exclamation mark. However, if you are writing an article or book, I would follow the relevant style manual.
