I live in a constant state of "fright or flight" how do I change this?
I worry about everything. I worry about mostly financial issues, but now I have added lots of new worries to my habit which I wont mention for now. I have had reason to worry, but in a way worry does not solve a problem ultimately.
How do I change this habit? Some might call it generalized anxiety and they could be right, but either way I need tips to stop it.
