Do the swirly light bulbs need to be disposed of differently than normal ones?

I knocked over my 5-head lamp today and all of the light bulbs broke.
They are all the swirly ones.
I honestly don’t know what to call it.
I have to ignore the glass all over my room for now, but I’ll be back to clean it up later.
Is there anything different with them?
