I don’t know what to choose the army or marines. Anybody have any idea what’s branch is better? The up and downs to both branches?

Uhhmmmm, this is just my personal opinion, so you can take it with a grain of salt. But i think the Air force or Navy is more career oriented, the Army and marines seems more for like tribal, warmongers that just want to kill ‘ragheads’ as they call them. But then again, it depends on where your head is and if you’re joining for career purposes, or wanting to go to war or something.
The only real branch, the Coast Guard.
What do you want to accomplish, and what kind of experience are you looking for? I had a friend that joined the Marines and he came back like a completely different person. Now he’s in Afghanistan. That’s known for being the toughest and most disciplined branch. My sister is in the Air Force and she does human resources work. You should definitely do some research before you try talking to a recruiter.
I want to become a cop and swat to that’s what I really want to do with my life
If I had the choice to make again, I would have chosen the Marine Corps.. but I certainly wouldn’t have stayed in it… just did my four years and went to a better branch after that… that’s just me having gone from Navy to Army.
