That is subjective.
A good person is how YOU see them. And that is really all that matters.
To me it is someone who cares for others, and doesn’t try to intentionally hurt people or living creatures
It is a combination of all of the influences you mention in your details section plus genetics, which I think plays a role.
A good person is a person that thinks of others and animals first, before themselves.

Kindness, not the butt kissing kind, the honest to goodness empathetic kind.
One who appreciates other people and says so.
your choice, if you want to be a good person, then you should be responsible & respectful. if you want to be a bad person, then be an ass & party like crazy. (:
