How do i stop this Blue Screen Of Death?

I recently purchased GTA 4 for the PC and was able to play the game just fine. I have a pretty good system, running a Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT (i have updated drivers).

I got to a certain point in the game that now when i load it up it makes my Display Drivers crash, everything on my monitor begins to pixelate and then i get a Blue Screen of Death – NVLDMDDK.SYS is the little file on the bottom of the BSOD that the message points out. Ive looked around google but most forums said to uninstall drivers and reinstall, which i did but im still getting this issue of the game stopping my Display Drivers.
