What do you make with ground turkey?

I saw this recipe on Rachel Ray one day, she made turkey burgers stuffed with turkey bacon and cheddar cheese, she also added some mustard and an egg to the ground turkey. They were amazingly good.

I am looking for a creative and delicious recipe to make from this frozen ground turkey I have.
