I do want to take my time seeing as most people tell me i can overdo it big time. i have been doing 100 push ups every night for the past week and they seem to not be making me sore anymore. does this mean their not working anymore? My main concern is what exercises would greatly benefit me in the long run?
NOTE I have no access to weights whats so ever.
So lets just say excersises i can do with my own body and not using any objects.

It doesnt mean that they are not working anymore. The fact that you are not increasing the amount of push ups will keep your bodys muscle at the same level, and if continued, will not increase or decrease. When you slowly add more pushups, say 10 more than the week before, muscle strength and mass will continue to build. The types of excersizes that will benefit you best will depend on results that you want. Etc: large biceps, more toned pectoral muscles, etc.
Look thru the forums at bodybuilding.com there are alot of routines put together especially also ones for people with no weights like people who travel alot. Its a good resource, as for the soreness that dissipates over time try uping the reps or perhaps finding something with weight to strap to your back like a bag of books to help more resistance. Also Incline push ups or in a decline with feet on a chair. There are many variances that can be done.
My son said the PX90 program of exercise is the best. That is all I know about it.
It’s the p90x but that’s going to cost you about 200 bucks I have it but have yet to figure out how to use it maybe I should read the instructions haha the only thing I have done is the abs program it comes with and that works really well I have never been that soar like that before it’s really good so far
What does this mean: NOTE I have no access to weights whats so ever.
You don’t have money for weights? You don’t know how to fill up a bottle of water and use it? You don’t want to use them, but worded it in an unfortunate way?
Explain, please.
Welcome to fluther.
You can use a lot of different things as weights, as @Zen_Again said. Water bottles, canned food.. link
when i say weights, i simply mean i have no access to bench press machines, squat machines, dumbbells ETC.
