I am looking for people with a Science background to help me better understand Stem Cell research. Can you?.

I will not discuss the political BS.
I am the Mother of an Autistic young Man.
Scientist are currently using Mouse models in attempt to save liefs.
I am fascinated. I want to here all Scientist perspectives
