How do i make a really good falafel?

I want to make falafel for my dad, its his favourite as he grew up in Alexandria, Egypt.
Anyone have any good recipes?

This may not be what you want to do, but there are great box mixes that you just mix up into balls or patties and fry. I think Near East and Sabra are two of the brands. Then add really fresh lettuce, good tomatoes, onions and tahini or tzatziki sauce. Put it all in fresh pita and scarf it down.
Thanks janbb but i want to make it from scratch, chick peas and all! I live in Greece and we have really yummy produce here for making this kind of thing, i just dont know how to make it!
add seven dashes of human blood, im egyptian. i know the secrets to this recipe.
