General Question

My iPod regularly turns off while playing songs and must be reset. Does anybody else have this problem and/or solution?

How old is the iPod? You might want to check for a new firmware version or get it checked out by Apple if it's still in warranty.

I strongly recommend restoring the unit and trying again. If that does not resolve it take it to the closest Apple Store and have the hard drive scanned for bad blocks.
