How to remove chicken pox dark scars?

I really need help everyone:) I had chicken pox like 9 months ago or something, I was 15 or something for the first time. I couldn’t stop scratching so I got these really black scars:( Prom is coming in March and I don’t want to have scars because I am thinking of wearing an open dress and this is my last year of 10th grade.
any help?
