Where can you make a virtual person?

Ok I love making virtual people,babies, dogs stuff like that. So I wanted another website where I can make an avatar, dress her up, buy a house, get a job, have kids, and stuff like that. Kind of like sims and secondlife.com. But the thing with sims is that you have to buy the video game (which i am planning to buy) and on secondlife.com you have to be over the age of 13 but I really want to play with all my friends but I have absoloutley NONE over the age of 13. I only have one friend who IS 13 but we arent really that close (not in a bad way we laugh together sometimes) so he probably wont make an avatar and play with me. So please tell me i am desperate to find a website with all of these things!

I didn’t see anything wrong with the Father of the Sims family. (Sims 2) If you’re impatient enough, this would be a better option; cheaper, as well as its expansion packs. You can also ask around and see if your friends have any leftover expansions or addons for the 2nd title.
