Want to increase my testosterone level?

Why do you want to increase your testosterone level? Have you been tested medically and told that it is low? Because otherwise you should not attempt to supplement your testosterone. Also, the delivery systems for supplementing testosterone are not all that good.

It can have dangerous side effects:

I’m a firl and my doctor gave me topical testosterone along with estrogen (bio identical) for menopause. I doubt you could convince him to prescribe it to you though, unless you test freakishly low.

Testosterone is created in the testes, if you find a new source of testosterone then the testes will not make new testosterone and so become under worked. Since they aren’t then being exercised much they begin to shrink and shrink if you don’t give them any work to do.
