What's the fairest sport in terms of body type?

A lot of games favor the tall – basketball, volleyball, tetherball. Some favor the lean – cross country, women’s gymnastics. Some are so bad that competition across sizes is forbidden – boxing, weightlifting, etc.

What do you think is the most body neutral sport? (And lets say a sport is something where you sweat and get an elevated heart rate from activity – so not chess, or darts.) Extra points for team sports.
