It’s a cut about 2 inches long. If you can’t look at injuries, don’t look at the picture (cut is cleaned with no blood)

my friend IMed me with this picture, so I told her I thought that it would scar because the edges of the cut were not closing. Now she’s panicking. What do you think I should do?
