Internet Sharing from Mac OS X to Windows XP via Wi-Fi only works unencrypted?

Trying to setup internet sharing from a Mac to a PC.

Works fine if I don’t setup encryption, but if I do, either 40 or 128 bits, it simply fails to connect from the Windows machine.

Do you have any pointers? Thanks in advance!
